The Chery iCar GT is the automaker’s latest design study

Chery has shared a few sketches of a show car it is planning to unveil at the Shanghai Auto Show: the iCar GT.
Based on the images, the design study offers a rather spacious four-seat cabin with cup holders in the middle armrests, assorted compartments for small items, a sensor panel and a vivid color trim on the dash.
The dash itself draws attention to its large central display, while the instrument cluster is missing. It looks like the steering wheel display fills that role.
On the whole, much of the interior looks production-ready. That said, the iCar Company has no intention to launch production just yet. For the time being, its nearest plans include introducing a new SUV called the S56 and another car, possibly the E05 sedan patented before. The iCar GT might go into production after those – if at all.
