Platinum Motorsport proves that yellow and grey work with the Phantom
After Mansory revealed its controversial take on the opulent Rolls-Royce Dawn Silver Bullet, many have criticized it for doing a disservice to the restrained and dignified original. You may or may not agree with that assessment, but here is what we believe to be a much subtler styling project involving a Rolls.
Platinum Motorsport worked its magic on a Rolls-Royce Phantom sedan this time around, wrapping it in gorgeous Burnout Grey that contrasts perfectly against a yolk-yellow interior. Classic 24-inch multi-spoke rim filled out the arches, and adjustable lowering springs were used to drop the ride height subtly.
In turn, the cabin makes use of expensive yellow leather in combination with white wood accents, and looks rather lively compared to the outside. Power still comes from a stock V12 twin-turbocharged to deliver 571 PS (563 hp / 420 kW) and 900 Nm (664 lb-ft) of torque.
