2021 Nissan Kicks shows up on video ahead of Tuesday debut
Nissan North America has shared a short teaser vid showing bits of the facelifted Kicks compact SUV set to premiere on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
The car sports a larger radiator grille, slimmer headlights and different air vents. The cabin stays largely stock except for minor modifications to the dashboard, infotainment system and gear selector.
In all likelihood, the updated Kicks for North America will land wwith a hybrid powertrain comprising a 1.2-liter gasoline turbo-four, an electric motor and a small battery. The old 1.6-liter version with 124 PS (122 hp / 91 kW) and 155 Nm (114 lb-ft) of torque should also remain in the lineup.
